    I decided to read this book after hearing an interview with the author on NPR. I just got an iPad and the cynic in me couldn't resist making this my first iBook. About halfway through I realized that this book was targeted directly at people like me. I have already tried some of his methods of disconnecting. It is wonderful. I can't think of a better place for a self-help book for screen-o-holics than the iBook store!
